Place was cute, clean and comfortable. Close to restruants and a private beach. highly recommend. Staff was polite and very helpful in recommending places to see and eat.

Our stay at Twin Palms exceeded my expectations. There are many options in Sarasota, but I would stay at Twin Palms again in the future without any qualms. I give them an 11 out of 10 !!

Our fourth stay at Twin Palms. Management is flexible and easy to work with. Cleaning staff is friendly, accommodating and does an excellent service. The location is perfect, at the quiet, south end of the beach, away from the condo crowds and close to many local businesses. The village is a short, free hop away. The rooms are just the right size and have everything you need. The pool is right outside your door and the beach is a short block away. Enjoy your stay!

Positive: Janna was a very accommodating hostess. The cottage was 1/2 a block from the beach. Chairs beach towels and a wagon were provided. It was close to great restaurants. The rooms were very clean and provided everything we needed. The pool was warm and very prettily landscaped. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyable stay just didn’t sleep well between the mattress and hearing the neighbor half the night. Positive: The location was great! It was extremely clean and well equipped. Negative: The walls are paper thin. I could hear clear conversation from the next room. The mattress was Awful! You could tell that it was very old by the way it was uneven in spots. I don’t know if it just this room so I would recommend replacing it.
