Perfect location, great property, and intimate setting add up to a relaxing getaway! Positive: Great location away from the crowds of the condos on other sides. Quiet, convenient, well maintained, friendly staff.

Positive: I loved our stay, We will visit again. however we had neighbors that were throwing objects against the wall that woke us up out of a sound sleep. Certainly not facility fault. I would recommend daily visits to who is visiting onsite and introduce who they are. Negative: everything else was being like we were home

Loved it and can't wait to stay again. Positive: The room was very clean and had all the amenities of home. We loved the location and the convenience to the beach and one of our favorite restaurants, that we were able to walk to. The staff was so friendly and a pleasure to interact with. The pool looked lovely but we did not get an opportunity to use it or the fire pit . We were thankful for the use of the gas grill as well as the beach equipment at our entrance. We enjoyed the beach chairs so much we went online and purchased our own. Negative: the negative experience we had, had nothing to do with management. It was other visitors and their actions. I would have like to have had a dustpan available, but was thankful for the broom.

We had an amazing week long stay at Twin Palms! The location to Crescent beach and restaurants was perfect. We would lov Positive: Beautiful property that immediately felt at home with all of the amenities you can imagine. Negative: The pool area is open to public walking by, as the gates to the pool don’t lock. I saw public walking back from the beach stop in to jump in the pool to clean off from the beach. Not a huge issue, but as a family with three kids, it was the only negative thing I can say coming from safety standpoint.
