Charmed Manor - 5mi to DT, Opry & Airport

Positive: The home is beautiful and the location is amazing. Negative: When you walk up to the door and open the screen door it just flys open. There is no chain on it to catch it. 1st night the beds down stairs are on 2 by 4 and a sheet of wood. The railing on the 1st bed was rented in and we had to help my sister off the floor. The 2nd bed had the same things on it but the legs and screws on that bed was not down nor was they tight. My husband had to fix it enough for them to sleep on it and that was my room. I gave them my bed and me and my husband went to a hotel. The kitchen sink was stopped up and the oven we could not use because the door did not open. There was a jacuzzi and the water was green and slamey and it smelled like creek water. There was bugs in one of the upstairs room in which they have a yellow lady bug problem. There was pot and pans that was still dirty in the cabinets. The basement door did not have a lock on it at all so we could not lock it. When we turned on the shower there was brown water that came out it looked like chocolate milk. I asked the owner to please refund me half of my money and they will not. The owner is very low down and does not care about the tenants that stay in the home. All she care about is the money. She sent a man to the home to check only on the beds and they did nothing all he said was I will tell her and he left. Everything I have named was told to the owner and before the owner could come to check on all the issues they accused me and my family for causing all the issues. I will never stay there again and I pray they will fix everything before new people comes in there home.

The house was nice and big enough space for our group of 7. We enjoyed the hot tub too.
